Diet Changes

 1 gram per pound of body weight

·         Lentils

Drink clear or ice-cold drinks

·         Water

·         Unsweetened Tea

Foods to Avoid or decrease intake

·         Fried Foods

·         Fatty Foods

·         Foods high in Sugar

These foods are more likely to cause GI side effects.
